Dear Ms. Lau,

Yesterday evening, when I was thinking about what I had written to you, and the copies that I had sent. I realized that I should also have included a copy of this IRS letter to me, dated September 1994. Please look at it in relation to the copies of documents that I sent you with my letter dated October 13,1995.

The notes dated 10/25/94 on this letter were taken while I was talking with Betsy Donnoly. (I feel that the spelling I am using for her last name must be incorrect. However it is what I used in the notes, and my intent is to be consistent.)

I hope you will help me with this matter. But more than that, I hope steps are taken to help all Americans who are suffering in the same, unjust way that I am at the hands of IRS.

If it were not for recent news stories, to include coverage of Mark Furhman’s language and behavior, the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, the behavior of the ATF and FBI at Ruby Ridge, there would be no words to describe IRS behavior that has become common place.

I hope you see how serious this is. By “this” I mean the unchecked power of IRS, which can destroy someone with no accountability required.

I hope you see how much our country needs a National Retail Sales Tax, and an end to IRS and the suffering that agency has caused.
Sincerely,

Karen Kline
