Wells Fargo’s Foreclosure Manual instructs lawyers how to get a Lost Note Affidavit, a false one, which is perjury… swearing a false affidavit is perjury. (My exhibit itself didn’t say this, I’m adding this note because the implications of this may not be immediately clear to a site visitor.)
